No. Tracking, logging, your calendar, insights and predictions all work with no account and no internet connection. Only the AI assistant asks you to sign in with Apple, so that it stays available to you. Apple may offer your name and email address to any app you sign in to; Ovaa discards both and stores neither, keeping only a pseudonym derived from Apple’s account identifier.
Because a single date would be a guess dressed up as a fact. Ovaa shows the window it actually believes your period will fall in, and that window narrows as it learns your cycles. If there isn’t enough history yet, it says so instead of inventing a date.
That’s deliberate. When a period is late, Ovaa says late and keeps counting from your last real one. It will not quietly start a new cycle and pretend nothing happened.
Never. Ovaa only reads the categories you choose, you review a preview before anything is copied across, your existing entries always win, and imports can be undone. Ovaa never adds, edits or deletes anything in the Health app.
Settings → Export copies everything out. Settings → Delete All Data erases the local store and its encryption key permanently. Deleting the app also removes your data from the device.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Ovaa. You can cancel there at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Open Ovaa → Settings → Ovaa Premium → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. If it still doesn’t appear, email us and we will sort it out.
Replies marked “Offline suggestion (not live)” mean Ovaa couldn’t reach its server. Your tracking is unaffected — everything else works without a connection. Try again when you have signal; if it persists, let us know.
